  • Condition: The container must be in its original condition, free from any damage or alterations.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • Documentation: Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, must be provided.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-built or modified containers are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of defect or damage upon delivery.

2. Return Process

If you need to return a container, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email  info@jetitransshippingcontainers.com  or call +1 (936) 930-4133 to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Arrange Shipping: You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the container.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned container, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the container is found to be ineligible for return, we will notify you, and the container will be returned to you at your expense.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned containers unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. In such cases, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-built or modified containers
  • Containers sold “as-is” with specified defects or conditions
  • Containers that have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for containers. If you wish to exchange a container, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your container arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately:

  • Notification: You must notify us within  48 hours of delivery to report any damage or defects.
  • Evidence: Please provide photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, to  info@jetitransshippingcontainers.com 
  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repairing the container, offering a replacement, or issuing a full refund.

7. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your container has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the container has already been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-built or modified containers cannot be canceled once production has begun.
